My name is Bao Ngoc TRAN, and I'm originally from Hanoi. I'm proud to live in a capital city known for its charming beauty and rich cultural and historical heritage dating back thousands of years.

Fascinated by beautiful landscapes and the diversity of different cultures, I decided to become a tour operator at Authentik Vietnam. In a professional and dynamic working environment, I could seize the opportunity to share my passion and knowledge of my beautiful country with you.

What's my favorite destination in Vietnam?

Every destination has its own beauty. But the place I'm most passionate about is the north-west of Vietnam. This region is known for its magnificent and authentic landscapes, from superb rice terraces to peaceful ethnic villages and picturesque valleys. Not to mention the hospitality and smiles of the local people, despite the harshness of their lives. What a must-see place, isn't it?

A word of advice to our travelers:

Don't put your camera first, and make the most of meeting and sharing with the locals in every place you visit.  In addition to discovering beautiful landscapes, human contact is obviously the best way to enrich your stay and understand the richness of a territory.

What's my favorite season in Vietnam?

I really fell in love with winter. Why is that? Because I love the image of couples hand in hand on the poetic roads of Hanoi. What a warm atmosphere!

What souvenir would you bring back from Vietnam?

It would be a good idea to bring home local handicrafts (lacquerware, embroidery, silk...) that evoke memories of our country every time you look at them.

Don't forget to pack:

A camera, of course. And don't forget to take the necessary medication to ensure a satisfying trip for yourself and your family.

What's my dream trip?

An extensive tour of European countries is still my dream. It would be an excellent opportunity for me to discover new cultures in a totally different and exciting way.
