Hello, my name is Kim Oanh DAO, you can call me Kim. I graduated from the French Department of Hanoi National University in 2007. I am from Ha Tay province, west of Hanoi, a region famous for its craft villages, ancient villages and pagodas dating from the 12th-17th centuries.

Passionate about traveling and meeting people, I chose tourism to combine my love of French with that of my country. My job allows me to share my passion with travelers, by designing unique experiences for them to discover the landscapes and people of Vietnam.

What is my favorite destination in Vietnam?
I fell in love with the mountainous regions of the Northeast, such as Ha Giang, Dong Van, Bao Lac, Cao Bang… I like to soak up the grandiose and authentic landscapes, meet the different ethnic minorities and share their daily lives.

What is my favorite season in Vietnam?
September and October, when the rice terraces of the northern mountains are adorned with their most beautiful colors.

Handicrafts, such as a conical hat or lacquered wooden paintings, are excellent ways to keep a tangible souvenir of your trip to Vietnam.
