We traveled to Vietnam with your agency from February 12 to 26. I’m writing a little late, but I wanted to take the time to share how absolutely satisfied we are with this trip—it truly met all our expectations.

We especially appreciated the flexibility and the ability to tailor the journey to our preferences. We also loved the variety of activities, which gave us a wonderful glimpse into both traditional Vietnam (embroidery, music…) and its modern side (Teh Dar circus, Tired City shops). The hotels were fantastic, with a special mention for the one in Hoi An, which was simply amazing, and the one in Danang, where our family room had an incredible view.

We also really enjoyed the recommendations from our guides on authentic and delicious local restaurants. This trip was an unforgettable experience, and we are already looking forward to planning another one with your agency in the coming years.

Finally, I’d like to send a message to our incredible guide, Lucy, who accompanied us in northern Vietnam. As she knows, this trip was very special for us because it allowed us to discover my husband's father’s homeland, who sadly passed away. It was the first time my husband and our daughter, Lily, had been to Vietnam. Lucy’s support made this experience even more meaningful and emotional for both of them. I am truly grateful to her for that.

Vietnam is now an even bigger part of our family’s story, and we can’t wait to return.

We had an extraordinary trip thanks to flawless organization! Just yesterday, we had the chance to explore Saigon with an exceptional guide, a former French teacher whose perfect command of the language and deep knowledge of history made the visit truly captivating. Today, our adventure continues with Phuoc, a guide specializing in the Mekong. At 8 AM sharp, he picked us up at the Calista Hotel to take us on a journey through this stunning region.

Throughout the entire trip, everything went exactly as promised—smoothly and with remarkable precision. A huge thank you to Thao for this impeccable organization! From the moment I arrived, I felt that everything was perfectly taken care of. Another great family adventure organised with Lien at Authentik Travel. Having been well looked after on a fantastic trip to Vietnam 18 months ago, we contacted them directly to see if they could organise a trip through Laos and into Thailand. After sending across our suggestions for a family friendly, active, but not too rushed trip, Lien put together and organised our ideal programme. It would be fair to say that the ground operators in Laos had a less dynamic approach to scheduling and communication than experienced previously in Vietnam. However, everything came together and the trip was throughly enjoyed by all. Meanwhile, upon reaching Thailand, everything ran like clockwork, with five star attention to detail.
