I contacted with this travel agency via internet for organizing my trip in January 2017.
I explained them about my travel time and budget and basically what we want to visit.
They contacted me very quickly by phone to suggest the plan.
And they are very attentive to listen to customer.

Upon arrival, we are greeted at the office with tea and tasting of the local fruits and each of us received the welcome gift.

Our holiday was as on the program. We made extraordinary encounters and enjoy the breathtaking landscapes.

It has been almost 2 months since we returned but the magic is still in our mind. A wonderful trip that we entrusted the organization to Authentik Travel and we do not regret it.
We would have missed the fabulous time on Halong Bay if we had selected the cruise ourselves (off the budget according to our criteria). The staffs of the luxurious cruise were friendly and intimate. They had a waterway which is far away from the touristic places.

Again, many thanks Hoa, Duy, Quan, Mrs Nguyen and entire the Authentik travel team, the drivers and the families who welcomed us warmly.

Hoa is patient and informative with great advices, our guides for their explanations, the discovery and the moment of conviviality, the drivers for their attention and Authentik Travel for making these things possible.

Excellent local travel agency!

Hoa and Authentik team organized a circuit from the north the south of Vietnam. The itinerary, the hotels, the homestays, the activities were perfectly chosen.
Transport by car, bus, train and plane were always comfortable. We never have to deal with reservations. We just had to let ourselves be free.
Our travel consultant Hoa has always been helpful and informative (even she was on days off).
It is a local travel agency located in Hanoi but they could speak perfectly French and English which makes things much easier.
In short, we had an unforgettable holiday thanks to this travel agency. Highly recommend!

Our experience with Authentik Travel has been positive from the beginning to the end of the trip.
Whether in the first quotation or the program of visit, the choice of hotels, tour guides and drivers… our stay went well as planned.
We visited their office in Hanoi, all the staffs are friendly and committed to their works. The young Vietnamese boss did his graduation studies from Strasbourg and specialized in organizing the travel services for foreigner tourists.

Perfectly organized, very good responsiveness. For a trip from north to south and plus a visit to Angkor for a group of 5 persons.

Exceptional trip!

We wanted to make a family trip out of the ordinary and leave us unforgettable memories, we were not disappointed. We traveled from the north to the south of Vietnam. It is so beautiful. We are very pleasure with this.

A busy day for Saigon city tour.
I sent an email from Paris to the travel agent Authentik Vietnam, they are very responsive and gave us good advices.
Our French speaking guide – Mr Khoa was very fluent in French and well educated.
I appreciated his kindness and he understood what I was interested in.
I highly recommend this Agency for its responsiveness and their confidence put in their clients.
No payment required for the booking of driver and tour guide, just pay on arrival.

Sorry about this delayed message.  I was busy.  Our trip was memorable thanks to you.

Our tour guides Mister SPRING in Yangon was outstanding, ZAW ZAW in Mandalay very nice, MOMO our trekking guide very helpful then NONOKO was adorable and very good.  Our drivers were very careful and helpful also, and very clean.
We came back with a lot of good memories, only 3500 pictures and 3 hours video.  We love your country. We meet a lot of very nice people.
As for the Hotels.  You must void ALPHA HOTEL, the rooms are too old. 
The staff was very helpful. The other hotels were nice, no complains. 
We did not have our lunch and dinner on Sept 26 during our trekking and at the hotel in Inle lake as our program said. Mister Spring refund us in Yangon. No problem.

Dear Hoang,
Our trip was educational, memorable and full of great photo opportunities.
 
The guides were good, and we especially liked the one in Saigon...Thien? Can't remember the spelling of his name. Pho Lone in Inle Lake had a wonderful, calm demeanor with excellent explanations.  These were two of our favorites.
Each guide had good knowledge and was willing to adjust itineraries to fit our needs and requests.  Our only comment is that at times with two of the guides, it was difficult to understand their English.  I am sure they probably also had trouble understanding us. 
 
The drivers were courteous.  With the exception of the driver in Hanoi who drive us to Halong Bay, riding with each of the other drivers was pleasurable.  Our driver to Halong Bay drove too fast, constantly used his horn and was consistently trying to pass other vehicles.  It was a most unpleasant three hour ride, and at one point, Ted had to ask him to slow down.  We noticed that when the guide was in the car in Hanoi, he was a much calmer driver.  
The hotels were well selected, with good to great breakfasts, and comfortable rooms.  
Thank you for being attentive to our itinerary.
