Thanks to Authentik Travel, our journey of almost a month went smoothly and beautifully. The palaces we visited, the accommodation chosen, the meeting with ethnic groups of the north, everything was perfect.
The responsiveness of organizer ( Ms Thanh) when we required to modify the route, was remarkable. Similarly, depending on the regions of Vietnam where we were, she took care of us for sure everything was fine.
The tour guides were attentive and kindness without any faults. Support us to discover the riches of culture, good Vietnamese cuisine…
in general, A recommended travel agency and we will back to use their services again without any hesitation if our new trip is on plan.

We were two couples on an impressive and magical journey. We did not expect to see such a beautiful Vietnamese culture.
Guided by very kind and helpful guides, understanding (my parents being old and had a lot of requirements), we were able to discover the best places in Hoian, Hue, Hanoi and especially Halong Bay.
I highly recommend this travel agency because they are very nice and extraordinarily friendly.
I will be with them for the next trips.

We chose Authentik Vietnam for our trip based on the speed of response and nice proposal suggestion and great price comparing with 6 other agencies.

Our impression of the trip:
Kindness of the people, Sapa region is very pleasant for landscapes, villages and markets, animation of the streets in the old quarter of Hanoi city, Swan cruise on the Bay. Pleasant Mee guide and comfort, great foods.
Super welcome in Thac Ba nature reserve, very exotic boat trip.

We were travelling, 2 couples. Excellent services, welcome in their office with fresh fruits and small welcome gift (Very touched by this gesture). Remarkable guides, “studious” for some, “funny” for others. We share our knowledge about our countries with a lot of humility.
Drivers were always on time, caring us. In vehicles, it is comfortable, air conditioning and wifi ( to share the moment photos of this beautiful country). Fresh water bottles were always available. The visits were rhythmic without being exhausted. Bide rides for some in Halong Bay, motorcycle with guide for me ( Do not know to ride motorcycle) The different families where we were welcomed have done everything to put us at ease, meals, folk dances where we joined in the dance of bamboo.( Memorable and fun) and we ended with rice alcohol…hic, hic!! What more I can say… my next trips will be with Authentik Travel again and why not… with the same guides!

We dreamed for several years and Authentik travel made our dream come true - a 18 day trip between Cambodia and Vietnam from the south to the north.
Everything was perfect, the organization, tour guides with each their singularity funny and very cultivated. The driver was courteous and always on time.
The activities, tours and hotels have completely met our expectations. We particularly appreciated the correspondence that was kept to prepare our trip, the availability and the speed of response.
During the trip, the guides have understood our desire to encounter the local people and we thank them for all the special moments they brought to us.
We felt to be accompanied throughout our trip.
For these first steps in Asia, it was success. We are thinking about our next trip with Authentik Travel

We did motorcycle tour in the north, Hanoi, Babe, Cao Bang, Lang Son, Bac Giang and return to Hanoi.
Discover the culture and tradition but the most important is the welcome and exchange with local Vietnamese.
We found the welcome at Authentik from the first dealing by email to the welcome at office when we arrived there.

We chose the tailor-made trip and we appreciated their advices.
The staff is attentive and is always ready to help
