We stayed at the Villa Saigon in Ho Chi Minh outside the quiet pool, the most efficient SPA we have done during this trip, gourmet restaurant, then a night on the bassac boat to do the Mekong, very well. Then on Hue pilgrimage village where we were upgraded to a beautiful bungalow with outdoor shower, pool, spa, good restaurant.

In Hoian, Essence Hoian Hotel and SPA (we had not recommended tested in town a SPA on the advice of the guide) Hotel a little away from the bustling city, very lively at night, pool, do not eat at restaurant but in town, good breakfasts.

Then in Hanoi Elegance Diamond Hotel & SPA, great restaurant on the top floor with views of the city, book in advance very popular even by locals, only flat no balcony, window, difficult to access behind a sofa glued to the wall and noisy city center, otherwise very spacious room. And finally a beautiful night in the Ha Long bay on the Junk Dragon Legend, superb cabin, staff to the small care. That's hoping to have been able to help you.

We loved this trip that allowed us to know your beautiful country. Everyone will bring their testimony. First, Hanoi and the center was a real discovery, even in the rain from Hanoi to Sapa with the ethnic villages, the camcau market, Ta Van, although the rice fields are not planted. All this was great and will leave us with memories for a long time. Hue and Hoi an were more centered on culture, temples, pagodas, urban life. With too many tourists in Hoi an, despite the beauty of this city, did not make us regret the departure. The hotels were well placed, the guides all very good, the drivers too. The train and Trung trips are original and interesting.

The HALONG Bay cruise is a must, but it is international tourism. In the timing, perhaps it was necessary to put a day of rest in the 1st week to cut the intensive and rich rhythm that you proposed to us. But this is a detail that will not make us lower the pleasure we had during this trip. And living the preparation of the TAT party was also a great opportunity. These are my first impressions. Today is the end of my journey in Vietnam. Unfortunately, I did not have time to thank you for your excellent work and professionalism. My family remains delighted with this trip and keeps a great memory of this beautiful country. I wanted to give you a feedback of our impressions starting with Hanoi and its region: perfect! Our guide was more than competent and spoke impeccable French, we can only recommend because nothing displeased us! Regarding the driver, he was smiling and very kind.

Regarding the center, our guide was competent but his French was very very insufficient, it was very complicated for us to understand sometimes explanations that sometimes was very vague ... some information was really clear and I had to read information on the information boards in English to inform my family of the interest of the place. We certainly do not recommend this guide who is struggling to be understood in French despite great kindness.

Driver was very well. Regarding the south, it was like the north, very well and guide spoke a French worthy of France. To recommend without hesitation because in addition to a French sometimes, our guide was very kind; as I said, like our guide to the region of Hanoi. The driver was not very smiling and a bit raw but was very friendly. In summary a very very good trip with you!

Guides up to our expectations (except for the central region) and a very successful trip! A huge congratulations to your team and a big THANK YOU to you all!

Regarding our choice to leave with Authentik Vietnam, we asked for other quotes and we were not convinced of the proposed itineraries. Friends to our daughter, living in Hong Kong, recommended you.

Regarding the route:
Hanoi. Interesting, but the stay too long, besides it's tiring because of the noise and not being able to walk in the sidewalks
Homestay, too, very interesting and enjoyable
Ancient Capital, interesting, with little content
Ha Long Bay. Excellent from all points of view
Phu Quoc, excellent
Seam Reap Very good too.

Regarding the travel, the drivers, we are very happy with the service.
The choice of hotels also met our criteria

Regarding guides:
Ms. Ha, very well-educated, an excellent level of French, but she was not always good advice. In Hanoi, we discovered the city of ourselves, and surely we did not know it well. She spent a lot of time on the history of the ethnographic museum, while visiting the typical houses was interesting, but we had little time.

In Ha Long, the guide was excellent. Animator, full of enthusiasm, communicating the joy of living and showing his country. Very cultivated and pleasant
In Cambodia, despite some difficulties in understanding the focus of our guide, we were very happy with him. He was pleasant in every way, helpful, attentive and wanting to show us the maximum possible. Excellent choice.
We have also paid too much for our souvenirs because traders do not display prices, and it is difficult to negotiate when the language is not understood.

We have just travelled in Jan 2017 in Vietnam and Cambodia on a private trip for 4, nearly 3 weeks after having been organized the trip from France on internet with Authentik Travel Vietnam (which had been recommended by others who have used their services several times)

It was a very nice trip, well organized, well balance with good discovery of the local life, cooking, “must see” sites. High quality hotels, comfortable vehicles with serious drivers, friendly guides, varied  meals, off beaten track travel. Boat trip and flight were on time (a problem with Vietnam airlines was solved without any problem) Especially when someone does not master English well as in our case.
In short, a perfect trip that meets our expectations.

Dear friends,

With a little delay, due to the jetlag (and yes, the age does not help and at the end of the year, I take the time to give you a report of our trip. As always, it was organized as close to our wishes as possible.

Burmese Party:
- Upon arrival in Yangon we were greeted very kindly by a super driver, Mr Naing. He made us discover differences of very typical aspects. The Green Hill hotel suited us perfectly. The whole trip to the Golden Rock, and its discovery, as well as the visit of Bago delighted us.
- In Mandalay, we had the chance to meet Mr. YU, a driver as competent as a guide who passionate us by his knowledge of the region. Until we left by boat to Bagan, we spent some moments unforgettable.

However, the Chindwin Hotel did not live up to the other accomodations .....
- In Bagan, everything was perfect. The young driver, Kyaw Kyaw, with a little shy, has been able to share with us places of little tourism, which we appreciated. The road to Kalaw was very pleasant.

By cons, surprise on arrival. It's cold, the city is at altitude, the hotel, frequented by young hikers, is composed of several bungalows, no heating, no wifi or TV, curtains too small for windows without shutters, bed linen very limited, only one cover. At 19h, we were lying, shivering with cold.
Valid only for young athletes.
-The rest of the trip was pleasant with the beautiful discovery of heavenly places, very friendly driver and very good hotels.

Besides, Mr. Sai and his wife Mo Mo are adorable.
Vietnamese Party:

- When we arrived in Saigon, we had the pleasure of being greeted by Truong, who spent the afternoon with us. Very nice moment.
- In Hue we were greeted by Toan, a very cultivated guide who was later revealed to be of essential help.

Despite the torrential rain, we visited Hue, the tombs, the Thanh Toan Bridge (a marvel) then Danang and his museum.
- Hoi An. Despite the floods, Toan showed us a part of the old city. The services of Authentik Vietnam stopped there.

But as the weather deteriorated and the homestay we booked was very much below TripAdvisor reviews, we made the decision to change our program.
Toan has been incredibly effective. We immediately returned to Danang, inviting us to his home or with his lovely wife, they allowed us to change the plane ticket to Hanoi, while the agency was responsible for finding us a perfect accommodation. In addition, the guide we had the first day, Mr Yé was very knowledgeable and friendly. We keep a very friendly memory. Our visit to the agency was also a great moment of emotion.

Once again, you have been perfect partners for a wonderful trip.
We thank you from the bottom of the heart. I will give a summary report to post it on your site.

Hello Madam,

At the age of 70, my wife and I have traveled a number of countries that I find difficult to quote here.
Viet Nam will remain in our memory as one of the most beautiful trips we have made. It is not excluded that we would return one day to see
High plateaus that we did not have time to see.

The success of this trip is due in large part to the excellent organization that the team of Authentik Viet Nam put at our disposal throughout the trip.
Only the choice of Majestic hotel in Saigon does not seem wise because it is not very comfortable and especially very noisy in any room (we changed three times)

We started from 03/01 to 22/01/2014 with Authentik Vietnam. We made contact with Mr TU and we organized together our trip. We experienced beautiful things with a lot of emotion in the north among the ethnic groups who received us very well. From the north to the center and south we met Vietnamese very endearing with smiles on their faces.

A big thank to you for the very competent and attentive guides and also the drivers.
It is a very wonderful country with beautiful landscapes and without forgetting a wonderful Halong bay

A big thank to all the team, you answered our questions and you organized a very nice stay. A big thank to our fantastic guide Tinh, whose French is impeccable with an enriching information for us, as much cultural as the life of every day.

Small disappointments, the hotel Victoria Chau Doc, the hotel needs a lot of renovation, the service is basic, the food is not good and no choice, we were sick my spouse and I after our dinner down, and the Lunch the next day, few things, they came out two croissants at a time and two varieties of fruit really not a 4 star. For dinner at the lover's house, they put a table on the gallery and brought us a dish to the fact, ordinary ... and we were at the entrance of the house just up the steps, not good. We should take this visit and have dinner in a restaurant with the people of the place.

The rest was perfect, nice boat trips, floating markets for the shops (we thought we saw a floating market for people from the villages), we saw several land markets. The day at Homestead, we were supposed to go to the market with the lady, we did not go .... we made rolls with her, very good, nice place, but I recommend sleeping in the house even if you are two and she is free We loved to Chau Doc to go up and down the mountain next to the hotel, it is very very beautiful and we discover the people who live along the road, with their hammock.
A big thank to Tinh and our driver, always on time, very punctual.
