  • Phu Quoc night market is the highlight of  Phu Quoc Island. After a day floating on the sea, the majority of tourists choose to land on such a crowded and busy place for a full experience.
     

    Information about the goods in Phu Quoc night market

    • Active time: Every night from Monday to Sunday, be most crowded from 19:00 to  22:00, close at 23:00

    • Located in Duong Dong town centre, one end leads to Vo Thi Sau - Tran Hung Dao crossroad, the other leads to the sea, Dinh Cau temple headland.

    • The local people here openly, friendly do the trading. The prices are listed so there is not much different from vendors to vendors.

    • ChouChou Peanut: A typical dessert of the market covered with chocolate, matcha, caramel, vanilla, etc and lots of the owners are foreigners who speak English, French, Spanish, Vietnamese. You can try the sweet before you buy it. There are about 30 different flavours for you to choose from. The price is 30.000VND/100gr

    • Other snacks: grilled snacks made from corn, sweet potato, banana or even the whole chicken. Maltose, wine palm juice are also sold at a very reasonable price.

    • Souvenirs :

    • Pearl: The quality of the pearl in the night market is not approved. There are cultured pearl, fake pearl and pearl from China. If you don’t have much knowledge about pearls, don’t buy them here.

    • Black pepper: Phu Quoc is the place that há the largest quantity of black pepper in Vietnam. Good black pepper is round and big, well dried, deep black and has a very strong smell and spicy taste. before 2016, the price of black pepper in Phu Quoc was pretty high (250.000VND - 300.000VND/kg) But now, due to the competition on the market with Indonesia and Cambodia, black pepper in Phu Quoc now is just 80.000VND to 120.000VND/kg

    • Clothes: A tee from just 50.000VND - 100.000VND to show your love to Phu Quoc.
