+ Decoration with refinement, correct standard for a 3-star boutique hotel (manager and owner are both Frenchmen)
+ Has good points for beds, mattresses and air-conditioning, pleasant smell of cinnamon inside
+ Large garden and lush vegetation, pool is a little small but clean
+ Competent staff, welcoming and friendly (they prepare the mosquito net around 5 or 6 pm)

+ To compare two parts, Beach Zone 4 stars and Green village 3 stars, the rooms are of the same quality. However in Green village, you will need the car to cross the road and access Beach Zone to enjoy the beach.
+ The rooms, even at the lowest price, are all beautiful and concerned about the well-being of guests
+ Beach, pool and garden are all superb
+ Has a good breakfast which is varied and changes every day

+ Hotel located 8km from Duong Dong town, access is unpleasant (the path, is slippery when it rains and is lacking shade in parts)
+ It takes a taxi to get to the town. The location is impractical even to go to a restaurant found 1 km from the hotel for lack of lighting
