I thank you for your mail; I intended anyway to give you our opinion on the organization of our trip. We chose Authentik Vietnam on the advice of a friend, Mr. Pelabere, resident in Reunion, and who made the trip a year ago. We are fully satisfied with all the services offered by your agency throughout our trip: the guides were competent, available, and the contact was made right away. We had a lot of fun being introduced to your culture through them.

Although the communication was more difficult with the drivers, they were also a very pleasant contact. The program was very balanced, though dense on certain days (!); only small note, the visit of the village of Thuy Bieu was done in the mud and in the pouring rain, and I think that the program could be adapted in this case because of weather.

We also particularly appreciated your responsiveness when our flight Hue Hanoi was delayed and we arrived very late in the capital. We had planned two nights on a junk in Ha Long bay; in fact, the cruises are planned on a night (from noon to noon) and we made the same cruise twice, which posed no problem as the place is magic. However, for people who have little time, it would be better to advise them only one night in the bay. These few remarks are small details that do not detract from the overall positive impression we have of our stay; we will not hesitate to recommend your agency to our friends from Reunion and France who would like to make a stay in your country.

We left with Authentik Vietnam in January.

We were a couple. We had bought our return flight Paris - Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh - Paris because we wanted to choose our company and schedules. The agency offered us a tour and we requested some changes. We chose our hotel category and different services: domestic flight rather than train, luxury junk in Ha Long bay.. the price difference for car is not very important because of its good quality and comfort given and offered. And we had a real trip made to measure and faultless: very authentic tour, visits to villages outside tourists, superb hotels and well located in the countryside . The guides (we had 3) performed perfectly French and very friendly explained their customs. They told us their lives so that we could better understand local people. They shared our journey while remaining very discreet. The drivers were cautious and the cars was very comfortable.

For all these reasons we recommend Authentik Vietnam.

We only have to praise ourselves to be addressed to you to organize this trip which is indeed unforgettable.
How did we get the idea to go through your agency? Simply by reading the positive comments on the internet and thanks to Ms. Thanh who has always listened to our requests and concocted a circuit that suited us perfectly. She has been responsive throughout the preparation of this trip and has responded to all our requests, despite the fact that we have several times ... changed our minds and directions! She had an angel's patience and always made sure to give us satisfaction. It's really someone exceptional!

Our impressions to my wife and I will focus on the first part of the tour because, as you know, my wife's health problems forced us to interrupt our trip to Hue.
From what we lived during these 12 days, we are delighted. The accommodations were really up and the circuits, hikes, and meetings with the locals were rewarding and always friendly and in good conditions thanks to our guide Duy, who was absolutely great, as well to let us know the place. Vietnam history and different sites visited only make us appreciate Vietnamese cuisine!

As you can read, everything was perfect for us and if we were to advise friends or acquaintances who would like to visit your country, it is without hesitation that we would advise your agency.

Our trip were from 11 November 2016 to 9 Dec 2016 with 3 zones visited in Vietnam ( North-West/Center/South) and an excursion in Cambodia of 3 days ( Angkor temples) and a short beach break at Phu Quoc Island. The trip was remarkable prepared by Authentik Travel team with a great professionalism and friendliness. The selected visit sites were perfect as well as the choice of great friendly knowledgeable tour guides. We were able to discover the different corner of Vietnam. Especially the northwest ethnic groups which our tour guide shared with us their daily life in the intimate way. To be honest, this travel agency is recommended. We were 3 sexagenarian friends and the agency knew how to adapt the trip in an optimal way for us.

Hello, 

Another big thank you for your welcome to Hanoi. It was Dr. Jean Chung Minh, organizer of the congress we attended in Saigon who advised us your agency. We brought back from our trip an excellent memory. As we told you in the assessment sheet left at the hotel in Hanoi we were sensitive to the choice of guide to avoid too touristic areas. Being able to take pictures without being surrounded by tourists is a treat. We appreciated the guide's discretion and his skills. We might have liked a little more walking and a little less minibus ... We are used to more sporty treks. But the points of interest of the trip are distant from each other ...

Like all photography lovers we appreciate being able to stop often even briefly, this has not always been possible. A little more flexibility on this point could be good. It seems that during the second part of the trip (Halong Bay) to which we did not participate this problem was posed more clearly. A little improvisation during the trips would be welcome especially if the trips are a bit long. I think I will return to Vietnam soon and will be very happy to call on your services again.
