We have just returned to France after 2 weeks spent in North Vietnam, on a circuit that you have concocted for our small family, which includes 3 young people from 11 to 15 years. I wanted to thank you for your excellent benefits. We were delighted by these holidays.

Mr. Doan was a very attentive guide, very attentive to our wishes and able to adapt to the group. With great learning, it allowed us to understand at the same time the history, the culture and the current socio-economic situation of the country. The nights spent at the inhabitant were magical, and allowed us to discover a part  of some ethnic groups' cultures which compose, among so many other peoples, the Vietnamese society.

A big thank to him and to Mrs Van Anh for the quality of the organization and her great kindness.

We were delighted with our stay in Vietnam.
Our visit to Hanoi was very interesting and our guide was very friendly.
The cruise in Halong Bay was great.
Too bad weather (typhoon) prevented us from enjoying certain activities: fishing demonstration or fruit carving.
We appreciated your responsiveness. When the typhoon was announced, you quickly found us an alternative hotel.

We thank you all very much for all these beautiful memories.

We are 4 retirees who for some years have chosen to travel by directing us to local agencies. We have been helped by friends who have chosen Authentik Vietnam as organizer of the trip, they were delighted with the proposed stay so we decided to address to this agency. 

Mr. Tu and his staff took care of everything, customs formalities, visas, domestic flights, homestays "magic moment participation in daily tasks" and our extended visit to the north of the country with the discovery of Ethnics "Hmongs, Dao, Nung ..., "and the mountainous market at Coc Ly on roads and landscapes out of the ordinary. We thank you for your email and your request for feedback on our trip to Vietnam.
Our 14 - day trip to Vietnam went very well. We were delighted to have discovered through your work and research a very welcoming country, with multiple landscapes and very diverse populations. It was a real discovery.

As far as we are concerned, we found that the trip was very well designed and very well organized. Whether guides or drivers, everyone has done their job very well. The punctuality in the schedules for the drivers, the choice of the specialized guides in each region and its history made us satisfied. We thought it was good of you. The circuit that you proposed to us helped us to a good discovery of Vietnam. If this was to do again I think we would do the same circuit. I'm sorry to bring you only positive elements on our trip, but I'm looking for something negative and I can not find it ...

For us, the surprise comes from the lunch taken in the house of the Lover. "Monsieur l'Amant" as the museum guide said ... It was frankly unexpected and it made us very happy. We will not fail to talk about our trip to Vietnam and at the same time your agency, your home.
A big thank to Van Anh who was the architect of this beautiful achievement.
