Hello and thank you for your organization!

We have just returned home and we still have "full eyes" ...
Already, on paper, the program you had concocted us pleased. We liked it so much that we wondered if we would not be a little disappointed by the reality.
Well, no, not at all! and even, it was even better.

The only things we did not have on our trip were the ones we had organized on our side: it made us even more comforted to call on you!
We really enjoyed our HCM guide, she made the planned visit and as Notre Dame was closed, she showed us around the city when it was not planned.
She even helped us to register for the return to Hanoi.
I let you thank her again from us: she was great.

Thank you also for your plans of Hanoi: they were of great use to me and I used them during our two free days in Hanoi: they allowed me to make the link between the various names of streets (past / present)
Thank you also for allowing us to visit the North with Tuan and Tao, his driver: at the end of the trip, we really liked discovering the country with friends and not professionals. Not only has the program been well filled, but also we have been able to get to know today's Vietnam, the pagodas and the Buddhism, the various food streets that we would not have dared to taste on our own, which would have been shame. At the end, during a visit to the pagoda, we even received a "ban tranh" from a bonze, on Phuly's side.

Tao and Tuan also gave us one, I keep it to share with my father who loved it when he was little. We are going to see him next Saturday and Sunday to bring him the pictures taken.

We were delighted with our trip and if we were to come back (which is quite conceivable because we have so much to see), I will not hesitate to call on you ... I hope Tuan will continue to guide us.
In short, as you see, we were delighted! We had two fantastic weeks.

You love your country and you know how to make it love you.

The tour you have organized leaves us with wonderful memories. Your organization was just perfect, whether it was traveling by train, boat (extraordinary Ha Long bay, superlative service aboard the Treasure junk), by plane or for land services: well-chosen hotels, typical restaurants, night at the inhabitant.

Hello,

It's been a month since we returned from a nice trip organized by your agency. We discover our photo books which reminds us of the trip. We have been destabilized by this country, sometimes disconcerted by the attitude of people, ways of living, thinking very different from ours. In the end, the trip was very exotic.

Your organization was perfect, the guides met very good quality as much on the level of the organization as from a point of view relational. Thank Khai for making us discover this North Vietnam, its availability, its professionalism, its skills leading us to want to know more about the history of your country. On this same week we also had a great driver (special mention!) Tung. Discreet but so effective and careful (it's not luxury in Vietnam!).

In the second part of the trip a guide replacing Duke, what a sympathy! Then for the rest of the trip it was with Michel, again we shared very good moments of complicity. The explanations were clear, excellent French and laughter assured. Small flat with some drivers who sometimes seemed a little in a hurry.

Thank you all for organizing a great program and accompanying us during this trip.
For the hotels, nothing to say, always of quality, clean and we were welcomed. Although the hotel Ninh Binh was very comfortable, it seemed a little out of the way.
For the catering the guides took us to pleasant places and the food was good (we did not like the one in front of the Phat Diem cathedral).

The weather, even if you are not for much, you knew how to get around it and you organize so that you get the most out of our trip ... and there hat !! What organization, what responsiveness! Another big thank to you. We appreciated your kindness and your concern to do well by remaining available and listening to our expectations. What professionalism! It's no problem that we advise your agency. Good luck, do not change anything and all our friends, the guides.
Small advice to travelers: do not hesitate to fly to Hue!

We were a group of 12 and traveled from 24/03 to 12/ 04. The circuit and the stay have indeed excited all members of the group. The guides and drivers as well as the services and the organization in general were very appreciated. We knew Vietnamese landscapes and people amazing and seductive. Surprise and seduction were even stronger than we thought. The North has remained in our mind a magical region both by its landscapes and by its inhabitants.
All evenings were very nice and the accommodation was very satisfactory.
Our 2-day cruise on Halong Bay was beautiful of course, somewhat rustic, some improvements could be made to make it unforgettable.

For example:

Make kayaks available like the other junks of CAT BA
Bring the passengers if they want to be on a beach rather than bathing in the open sea, which is not within everyone's reach because of the currents.
Instead of hoisting the sails to look pretty in the photo we would have preferred sailing a little because the weather was good.
Before boarding the passengers, check the cleanliness of the cabins? Especially the dust and what's more on the fan !!!
This cruise was very pleasant with a very nice crew and simple but good meals.
Our trip that you realized, according to our desires, was magnificent.

The hotels and restaurants very well chosen and of good quality, the guides and the competent drivers, considerate, cultivated.
We wanted to discover Vietnam for a long time and this trip lived up to our expectations and our dreams.

Many thanks to you for your welcome and a big thank you to your team. Thank you for allowing us to live magical moments with people always welcoming, smiling, despite a life not always easy.

Here is more than a month that we returned from our "Great Journey" !!!! And 40 days in this country that we love. After 4 consecutive trips to Vietnam you managed to make us discover more things we did not know, which I thank you.

In our choice we made one or two small mistakes but it was still a wonderful trip with our driver Hong and perfect guides Tu and Thai; moments of laughter and I hope I have not been too painful with them !!!!!

My big regret is the climb of Mount Hang Mua where I had a big blow of fatigue and forced to stop while we were almost at the top !!!!
Your organization was perfect and know that if customers have doubts or questions I will be happy to answer their questions if you wish.

Yes we well returned but after 24 days it is a bit difficult to resume daily activities. We had a wonderful time and we have to say it particularly in the north which dazzled us not only by its beauty and authenticity, but also the hard life of the mountain people. Thank you for the perfect organization of the stay, fantastic guides and particularly to Mr Thuyen who allowed us this great discovery of the North and spend beautiful evenings thanks to his translation but also to this wonderful driver Vau is his Smile, his courtesy and his kindness.

Could you get the email address of VAU or Thuyen because we would like to send them some pictures and our thanks. Without forgetting our last guide Pierre who really has an excellent and rich knowledge of his country and his culture: thank you to him !!!!

Moreover, we will not fail to recommend you to our friends and family as well as on the forums. We are happy to see you open your offer to Burma because we hesitated a long time before coming to Vietnam so why not our next destination?
