We went for a month in Vietnam to do a tour North, Center, Cambodia, South Vietnam. Everything was organized by Authentik Vietnam Agency and this trip was fabulous. The organization: hotels, sites visited and restaurants was top throughout the stay. Sympathy, smiles and unfailing skill have accompanied us throughout our journey.

We had health problems and were obliged to attend the medical services in Hue hospital: the organizer of our trip (from Hanoi) accompanied us every day by phone and allowed us, thanks to a contact French speaker in Hue who was physically present, to be cared for and to feel safe and in good hands.

We can only congratulate ourselves for appealing to them for our trip and the relations were so warm that we stayed in touch once we were back to France.
We only have one thing to say: congratulations for their investment and you can trust them with your eyes closed!

Do not worry about this very serious agency, a competent team who gave us perfect satisfaction for our trip to Vietnam in March 2016. It is imperative to agree on the program you want to do and they adapt to your request. In terms of price, they are very well placed and we were not disappointed at all. We will take them back for a future trip to Laos.

I can assure you that you will not be disappointed with Authentik Vietnam.
Feel free to compose your program with them, they are pros. Moreover, they are not much more expensive than others.

Dear Mr. Truong and Michel, 

Time passes so quickly ... and we have not thanked you yet for the nice trip you organized for us four! We particularly enjoyed the North, Hanoi and the organized excursions around; We enjoyed Sapa and Halong Bay despite the overcast weather. In this regard the captain of the junk and his crew have booked a mini-cruise of high quality, you can thank them on occasion. In the same way, our three guides were precious guides, not only in their activity of guide but also always available to take us to make small personal races (pharmacy, post office, bank ...) We really liked Hue, Hoian, the refinement and the calm of the gardens, the rivers, and also the welcome of the inhabitants.
 
In short we liked a lot of places and also to have meals and sleep in guest houses: they were all welcoming and charming with us. It is a formula that we liked to alternate with the hotel. Special mention also for the hotels of Hanoi, Hue and Hoian. I'm ready to go back to explore further North and center, with a little detour to the good rooftop restaurant in Saigon, where you were kind enough to invite us all for my birthday. After my first trip in 2014 to Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia organized by this agency. Their offers met our desires. We entrusted to them for organization of a trip to Burma-Vietnam.
They optimized every day of our trip, despite of our distances.
Every thing has been done to give us a wonderful memory
We had wished to end the trip by a few days in Hoian, out of their services. The unusual floods forced us to change the plans so we called them for help. Their reaction was immediate, change airline tickets, accommodation in Hanoi. In addition, a great guide to discover a beautiful village in the area.
The team is impressive in skill, efficiency and friendly.
