    September heralds autumn in Northern Vietnam. If some rain persists, the temperatures are much less stifling and the sun is very present.     Even if the rainy season is still present in September in the South of Vietnam, this does not prevent its visit. It's just a few showers that never last very long. A humid tropical climate is typical of this season which hardly differs from July and August except that the temperatures become more bearable in September. Low season obliges, you can discover the captivating region of the Mekong Delta in complete peace and quiet. The picturesque floating markets, boat rides in the maze of arroyos, bike rides through the rice fields, and small villages where you will be enchanted by the virtue of the welcome are yours.

    At this time there are very good diving conditions at Whale Island and in the Con Dao Archipelago where you can still witness the sea turtles laying eggs. However, we do not recommend going to Mui Ne and Phu Quoc Island where the weather conditions are not at all favorable. Rain and rough seas may spoil your stay.
