We had reserved 14 days for an discovery off the beaten track.

We were delighted to meet our Hoa, the advisor at the Hanoi agency who welcomed us very well as did his colleagues.

The organization was fine and that allowed us to get carried away and put the stress aside. The guides were perfectly bilingual, friendly and had good advice. The drivers always on time ;)

We advise that you do not hesitate to ask to be accompanied by Hà for the North of the Country (which was our favorite region).

It's a 6-day tour in the north in private, and 2-day tour in Lan Ha Bay in a group.

It was the first time that we did business with an agency to prepare our stay, a destination off the beaten track, and we were not disappointed.

Thao was very quick and attentive during communications before our arrival, she welcomed us at the agency as distinguished guests and entrusted us to a patient and careful driver as well as a French-speaking guide, punctual, pleasant and knowing his country so well.

Visit Hanoi: Vietnam Museum of Literature, pagoda, super interesting Vietnam Museum Of Ethnology and Women's Museum.

Have the evenings with ethnic groups for 3 weeks. The driver and tour guide are extremely professional.

My family of 7 pax, including 2 elderly 70 and above, 2 children 9 and 15, had a wonderful experience with Authentik last week. Our first stop was at Authentik's office where we were given a warm welcome and got to meet the various staff who helped us arrange our trip. Hoang Dinh helped us plan a 7 nights IT that covered Halong Bay, Cao Bang (Ban Gioc Waterfalls) and Ba Be Lake. He answered all our concerns prior to the trip, including sending pictures of accommodation and the sights we would be seeing.

The driver Diep assigned to us was careful on the snaking mountain roads, and our guide Tien was most informative, attentive and accommodating to our needs. We enjoyed staying at homestays and boutique hotels and eating authentic Vietnamese food at local restaurants. Other than the sights of waterfalls, caves and lakes, we enjoyed Tien's guided walk through a local village.

More than anything, we felt we had a taste of authentic Vietnam with Authentik, and enjoyed every moment of it. Thanks to all the staff for helping us arrange this fantastic trip!

Simply amazing was our trip all thanks to authentik and Chu Anh who assisted with all our bookings!! We had a wonderful trip with a lot of specials and surprises along the way which helped make our trip very memorable. We plan on going back to Vietnam and do a more comprehensive tour and authentik is our go to tour operator!!

I truly am amazed by the great detailed work by Chu Ahn. She was willing and quickly available to answer any of my questions since we never met until after I finished the trip. Everything was nicely handled and prepared. I didn’t have to wonder or worry. She is passionate and kind and hospitable and skilled. You will not regret working with her for your travels in Vietnam.

I would like to thank Anh Chu for the excellent planning service for my 7D6N Vietnam tour. She has been very prompt in replying emails and whatsapp messages and this gave us confident in choosing Anh Chu and her company. She is flexible in accommodating our special requests and also multiple times of changes that we made. We are lucky to have Anh Chu to help us with our stroller that we have forgotten to claim from the airport belt and the problems was solved instantly within 2 hours. I was amazed by the extra mile she took to travel down to the airport with us. Feeling so grateful and thankful to Anh Chu.
After all, it was consider a smooth journey for us despite changing of tour guides as much as 3 times. However, we are glad that we have changed to a better guide in fact to end our journey in Vietnam pleasantly.
If you would like to have a Chinese speaking tour guide, you can request for Phuong. She is a person full of smile and laughter. She is knowledgeable and caring too. We are glad that Phuong is able to guide us for the last 3 days. She is willing to spend time with us to ensure that we are familiar with the places before she leave us on our own. She is the most responsible guide as compared.
She will take care of the last person in the group to ensure that everyone is able to follow the walking pace. She took extra care to make sure that my two kids are fine and comfortable. Overall, our group is very blessed to have Phuong as our last guide.
With Phuong, there is no regret to visit Vietnam and we are able to end our journey in Vietnam pleasantly.

We are 4 adults in our 50’s and looking for an adventurous holiday exploring the sights of Vietnam. We chose Authentik as they provided an excellent draft itinerary which they adapted effortlessly.

The entire trip was beautifully organised with each guide providing outstanding service. Our drivers and hotels were excellent and due to adverse weather some changes were required mid trip that Anh Chu our Authentik advisor managed proactively and positively.

We were made very welcome at the Authentik offices when we visited and treated to tea and fruit. We would strongly recommend Authentik, everything about our trip from start to finish was arranged fully for us, the guides were friendly, good spoken English, excellent knowledge and we were taken to beautiful villages and met lots of local people that we would have missed had we arranged the trip ourselves.

We travelled by minivan (just the 4 of us), plane, overnight train, boats (including speed boat!) and trekking Would definitely use Authentik again if we return. Definitely a 10/10 experience.
