Hanoi, Hoian, hotels, tours, restaurants, air tickets, bus, guides, a small serious travel agency. We entrusted to them for our journey. 12 people, with guides, private bus, excursions, hotels, restaurants, tours. They took care of everything. Upon arrival in Hanoi, we visit their office with a small gift for each of us.

We were right to choose this travel agency for our small group of friends 6 persons for 3 weeks.
From the beginning to end of our holiday was perfect. Leave nothing to chance, punctuality, quality of services, guides, drivers, transportations, choice of activities, hotels, homestay, private cruise on Halong Bay and restaurants.
Upon arrival in Hanoi, we were welcomed to their office with presentation of team and nice gifts to all of us.

We visited the south of Vietnam, Saigon, Ben Tre and a boat ride in the Mekong Delta, SaDec, Long Xuyen and Cu Lao Ong Ho Island, Chau Doc and Cambodia via Phnom Penh 5 hours by boat and to Siem Reap by plane. Visit the Angkor temples, Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom, Bayon… floating villages of ChongKhneas and KamPong Louk,… And Hoian for 5 free days. Hanoi 5 days fee to visit our old house, history of our family and my mother from 1900 to 1956…. Bravo to Authentik Travel

Authentik Travel proved to be an excellent choice for the organization of our trip.
Punctually, straightness, speed in the solution of any problem that could arise. That is the motto of the whole team.
The choice of guides that accompanied us to the north, center, the south and Cambodia could not be better for older travelers. We were able to have an objective view of an unsuspecting Southeast Asia and brave tenacious people.

My husband and I have just returned from a 28 day trip in Vietnam and Cambodia organized by Authentik Travel, following a friend’s recommendation. It was an excellent choice.
We would like to thank Mr Tran with whom we worked on the preparation. The communications were always quick, courteous and accurate.

Mr Tran welcomed us personally when we arrived in Ho Chi Minh airport. We enjoyed greeting to know him before leaving with our tour guide. And whenever we had questions during the trip, he was quick to answer us.
We want to emphasize the pleasure we had with Manu, our tour guide in South of Vietnam. He is fluent in French, his knowledge allowed us to go beyond generalities, always available to make our stay enjoyable.
A special mention also to Kry Kry, our tour guide in Siem Reap, a living encyclopedia that taught us about Angkor tours.  Again, the guide speaks French very well and made our experience great.
We do not hesitate to refer the services of Authentik Travel to those who have a plan to escape to these corners of the world with professional team.

Authentik Travel organized everything for our family of 11 people.
The very warmly welcome to their office in Hanoi with gift for each of us. They trip was organized tailor made from the north to the south. Hotels, restaurants, guides, diversity of visits and means of transport ( train, bus, plane, bike, boat, boats… everything was perfect), 
Punctual rendezvous with guides who are full of skills, availability and knowledge. A memorable trip with unmissable spots and some visit to the beaten track. Authentik Travel even wished a birthday of the 2 members in the group during the holiday with a cake and a bouquet of flowers. It is always fun!

We have just returned from a 2 week trip in Vietnam where we enjoyed an adventure.
After 2 day trip in Sapa( organized with a travel agency in Hanoi, recommended by the Routard) which was a little disappointed( program is blur and in the end we did not do everything that was planned), we went to the agency Authenik Travel, a colleague recommended this agency. And we did well. We were warmly welcome by director and the team who proposed a program that met our expectations. They were responsible for booking the various means of transport, a cuise on Halong Bay: Sumptuous! I recommend very strongly Authentik Travel: warm welcome, seriousness, professionalism, quality and price, everything is there for a perfect result! J

We were 2 girlfriends and we contacted the agency in the early January 2017. The quick responses and dynamic exchange via emails and skype allowed us to organize our trip together match our budget and our expectations. Our 3 week trip (15 days in the north and the rest in the south) was a tailor made. The trip allowed us to escape completely, our friendly guide and driver shared with us wonderful memories.
All our requirements were respected, we were off the beaten tracks, we took the time to enjoy, sometimes we could change the program at the last moment and the meeting in the villages and the homestay allowed a real immersion in this beautiful country.
Certainly, we will back to Vietnam and take the Authentik Travel’s services.
Again, Thanks and especially for the first experience of travel with tour guide on site, it was a real success.
