Thank you very much for the photo and for the great trip we had.
We chose your agency following a reference from one of our friends and our desire to have the least possible intermediary. You have also given us confidence in your patience to answer our many questions before departure and your flexibility in terms of payment methods. We really liked the welcome of your agency and the welcome we received at all the places visited.
The staff was friendly, respectful and concerned about our well being. The food was excellent and we had no discomfort. The transportation provided was comfortable. The choice of hotels and the location of our rooms were outstanding in every way. (Beauty, comfort, cleanliness, location, size of rooms) Bravo! We enjoyed being in touch with you during the trip and the fact that you made quick adjustments when we made comments.
